Products
HF Series | Hot Former
This series makes higher precision forming possible to meet customer needs for diversified, thinner products including bearing parts.
Single ram structure
#1 process: Closed die forming
Positioning accuracy of blank is improved during #1 process in the #0 setup process after cutting the material
#0 Simplified upset →#1 Closed die pre-forming→#2 Separation→#3 Piercing
#1 Closed die pre-forming→#2 Forming→#3 Separation→#4 Piercing
#1 Closed die pre-forming→#2 Pre-forming→#3 Separation→#4 Piercing
#1 Closed die pre-forming→#2 Pre-forming→#3 Forming
HFW Series | Hot Former Wram
HF Series with a twin ram structure
Unlike conventional twin ram types (HNP, HBP, HPF), the 10 degree shift from the front dead center of the ram allows for load allocation and control of load fluctuation during bar end treatment.
#0 Simplified upset →#1 Closed die pre-forming→#2 Separation→#3 Piercing
#1 Closed die pre-forming → #2 Forming → #3 Separation → #4 Piercing
#1 Closed die pre-forming→ #2 Pre-forming → #3 Separation → #4 Piercing
#1 Closed die pre-forming→ #2 Forming → #3 Piercing
HPF Series | Hot Parts Former
Based on the HBP Series and suitable for various parts including bearing parts.
#1 Open upset → #2 Pre-forming → #3 Forming → #4 Separation of inner/outer ring (DRT mechanism) and pierced scrap.
#1 Open upset →#2 Forming→#3 Separation of inner/outer ring→#4 Piercing of inner ring
#1 Open upset→#2 Forming→#3 Piercing→#4 Separation of inner, outer, and middle ring (DRT mechanism)
#1 Open upset→#2 Forming→#3 Piercing (available on HBP Series)
HBP Series | Hot Bearing Press
This series was developed for forming bearing rings.
The twin ram structure and #1 process are separated. After cutting the material, the upset is conveyed to the #2 process using a thrust up pusher, allowing for simultaneous production of inner and outer bearings.
Furthermore, its DRT structure allows for the simultaneous production of inner, outer, and middle rings.
#1 Open upset → #2 Forming → #3 Separation of inner and outer ring → #4 Piercing inner ring.
#1 Open upset → #2 Forming → #3 Piercing → #4 Separation of inner, outer, and middle ring (DRT mechanism)
#1 Open upset → #2 Forming→ #3 Piercing
#1 Open upset → #2 Pre-forming → #3 Forming → #4 Piercing
HNP Series | Hot Nut Press
First series developed by Sakamura, mainly for nut forming.
Features a twin ram structure with separate #1 process.
After cutting the material in the #1 process, the upset is conveyed to the #2 process using a thrust up pusher.
3 steps #1 Open upset → #2 Forming → #3 Piercing
